Featured Speaker: Attorney David Reider, Berlin Patten Ebling David Reider, a Pinellas County native, brings a wealth of knowledge to our discussion. With a diverse academic background, including a B.A. in History, an M.P.H. from the University of South Florida, and a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Florida, David pursued his legal studies at New York Law School, earning a Public Service Certificate. Now rooted in St. Petersburg, David has built a successful career in Real Estate Law. Licensed in Florida and Illinois, David's experience spans over a decade in real estate transactions and litigation across Florida. He's also practiced in the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Active in the American Bar Association and Hillsborough County Bar Association's Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law Divisions, David's background also includes time as a licensed Realtor, adding a unique perspective to his legal expertise. Beyond the courtroom, David has volunteered as a supervisor with the American Red Cross Disaster Action Team, providing consulting services for humanitarian and healthcare projects, including an emergency response plan in Eswatini, Africa. In his free time, you might find David playing in bands, on the ice rink, or on soccer fields across Tampa Bay. He also enjoys spending quality time in downtown St. Pete with his family.
