There is no lecture - this is a self-paced course but you must arrive on time , utilize the "Distance Learning" book and stay until you complete the 30-question open book test. Your test will be graded upon completion. If your score is 80% or better, credit will be awarded and transmitted to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) for your 14 hour (3 hour Business Ethics, 3 hour Core Law and 8 hour specialty) renewal requirement. Please note: new licensees need to take a 45 hour renewal class – this 14 hour class does not apply to new licensees ( within 2 years of licensure). • You must be a current member in good standing to take advantage of this free course. • Because materials are limited, registration is required. Deb instructs new and experienced Realtors in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics programs throughout the state of Florida, and teaches the pre-licensing, post-licensing, as well as continuing education courses for real estate in Florida. She is also adept at Course Writing and has written classes approved for continuing education credits in Florida and real estate licensure in South Carolina.
