Successful learners of the new Africa and International Real Estate course will gain key insights, skills, and enhanced understanding of the real estate industry in Africa. Students will also obtain knowledge about the geography, demographics, government, economy, and real estate sectors in 11 countries. This elite course introduces CIPS’s newest bilateral partners in Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa. Additionally, learn cultural norms that affect business practices in each country to prepare for real estate investors in the African market. All learners of the new CIPS Africa course will be provided resources to help keep you up to date with current economic and real estate trends.

All new Affiliate Business Partner members are required to attend an Affiliate Orientation session within 60 days of joining. This one-hour session will provide you with a clear understanding of your membership benefits and how to take advantage of them. You’ll also be paired with an Affiliate Mentor – someone who knows how to make the program work for their business.
