GTR/PRO/CPRO maintains a strong stance against inequality and we want to continue to educate our members about the importance of understanding and effectively working with diverse populations. It is important for our members to embrace diversity and create successful multicultural businesses! We are excited to share that we have committed to providing FREE registration to the first 300 REALTOR members! At Home With Diversity® is an educational experience designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. More importantly, the class teaches REALTORS® how to work effectively with and within a rapidly changing multicultural market. After class, REALTORS® can pay the one-time application fee of $40 via the NAR payment portal to obtain the certification.

All new Affiliate Business Partner members are required to attend an Affiliate Orientation session within 60 days of joining. This one-hour session will provide you with a clear understanding of your membership benefits and how to take advantage of them. You’ll also be paired with an Affiliate Mentor – someone who knows how to make the program work for their business. Your mentor will dive deeper into the membership benefits and the program so you know exactly how to take advantage of everything your membership affords you!

This course is part of the iCE Continuing Education Series of classes provided by Florida REALTORS®. Once you register through their platform, you will receive an email with the Zoom link within minutes. If you do not, please contact Florida REALTORS® directly at 407.438.1400. Listing contracts are most certainly an important part of Realtors®day to day activities. This course is perfect for outlining the various types of listing agreements and the duties of each, identifying the protected classes under the Fair Housing Act, and understanding details about fees. Realtors® will also learn how to best answer seller’s questions regarding their proceeds and expenses

Join us for our Affiliate Meeting, where REALTORS® are welcome to: Showcase their listings, highlight buyers' needs and preferences, advertise open houses, and network with industry professionals. We'll also cover important events, updates, and volunteer opportunities that members should be aware of. At this meeting, we'll also be announcing our 2nd quarter charity and presenting a check to our 1st quarter charity, Clothes to Kids. Don't forget to bring any clothing donations to this meeting, as we will not be accepting donations past this point.
