MLS Basic topics include: An Introduction to Matrix, the MLS system Basic Searching Matrix Map Features Viewing Listing Information Working with Search Results Auto Emails OneHome Customer Portal Matrix Notifications Adding & Managing Contacts Please be sure to complete the required course of Starting Out Stellar before attending MLS Basic. Starting Out Stellar includes an introduction to the MLS system, Matrix, along with basic navigation and how to set up agent branding. Completing Starting Out Stellar before taking MLS Basic will help ensure that you can maximize your time during instructor-led training!

A key purpose of the MLS is to provide a framework for data integrity. In order for this to work, it is critical that we share accurate data, and additionally, enter listings in a way to maintain the cooperative nature of the MLS. For MLS purposes, cooperation is defined as the obligation to share information on listed property and to make property available to other brokers for showing to prospective purchasers and tenants when it is in the best interests of their client(s). MLS Compliance is required for all new subscribers to complete within their first 60 days after joining Stellar MLS.
