Join us for the 22nd Annul Tampa Bay Fair Housing Symposium on Wednesday, Aprill 22, 2026 - a full day of education, inspiration, and practical tools to advance fair housing in our communities. This year's symposium will feature powerful speakers, timely conversations on emerging issues like fraud and AI, and our popular student Fair Housing Art Contest and raffle.

  • 10:40 AM – 11:30 AM: Panel – “Exploring the Latest Federal Fair Housing Developments Q&A” – Eric Garduño & Chris Loebsack, Esq.

  • 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Lunch

  • 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: “AI & Fair Housing – What You Don’t Know CAN Hurt You” – Russ Webb

  • 1:30 PM – 1:40 PM: Break

  • 1:40 PM – 2:45 PM: “Advancing Equality Through Advocacy in Housing” – Nate Johnson

BAA Members will be eligible for up to 4 credit hours of continuing education requirements for the following National Apartment Association designations: Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians (CAMT), Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP), and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS).  Attendees must attend the entire symposium to earn the full 4 credits.  Once attendance has been verified, the Bay Area Apartment Association will issue the education credits
