Beginning November 2, 2026, UAD 3.6 will become mandatory for all new appraisal reports submitted to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP), bringing significant changes to residential appraisal reporting, including a redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR).
