About our Speaker: Fred Hintenberger, Vice President of Member Operations & Member Engagement At PRO/CPRO/GTR. Fred moved to Florida in 1977,
graduated Boca Ciega H.S., attended St Petersburg College and USF. His real estate career started in 1991 with Bay Plaza Companies, the redevelopment
firm for downtown St Petersburg, and management company for iconic sites like
the Pier, Dome, and Mahaffy Theater. He has personally renovated apartment
buildings and built homes from the ground up. Became KW St Petersburg rookie of
the year in 2002. Joined CRR in 2003 to become their number 1 producing agent,
took over as managing Broker in 2016, grew CRR to the largest single office
with over 2,500 agents. I served on several committees, Board of Directors for
PRO, FR, and NAR. Senior Executive President for 100insure, managed over 4,000
employees and independent contractors, created efficiencies for more
profitability and helped position a potential acquisition sale. Hired by
PRO/CPRO on Aprill 10th, 2024 to help merge the organization with GTR, becoming
the SVP of the 6th-largest Realtor Association in the U.S.
