Our speaker, Fred Hinterberger, Moved to Florida in 1977, graduated from Boca Ciega High School, and attended St Petersburg College and USF.  His real estate career started in 1991 with Bay Plaza Companies, the redevelopment firm for downtown St Petersburg and a management company for iconic sites like the pier, dome, and Mahaffy Theater. He has personally renovated apartment buildings and built homes from the ground up. Became KW St Petersburg rookie of the year in 2002. He joined CRR 2003 to become their number one producing agent within 3 years, took over as managing Broker in 2016, and grew CRR Clearwater to the most significant single office with over 2,500 agents. He served on several committees, including the PRO, FR, and NAR Board of Directors. Senior Executive Officer for 100insure managed more than 4,000 workers and independent contractors, created efficiencies for more profitability, and helped position a potential acquisition sale. Hired by PRO/CPRO on April 10th, 2024, to help merge the organization with GTR, becoming the sixth-largest Realtor Association in the U.S. I'm currently the SVP of PRO+GTR, his key roles are operations, Mr. Hintenberger oversees the finance department, manage the IT department, and heavily involved in all parts of member engagement.
