This is a mandatory class for all new members of STAR. To keep your membership active, you must attend New Member Essentials within 60 days of joining the Association.

In addition, both the Code of Ethics and Fair Housing training are mandatory requirements for all REALTORS® and must be completed within 60 days of joining the Association.

Code of Ethics Requirement

If you have transferred from another association and previously completed your Code of Ethics, please inform Member Services so we can update your record accordingly.

Fair Housing Requirement

All new members are also required to complete NAR’s Fairhaven Fair Housing Simulation within 60 days of joining.
