Fair Housing & Diversity is an engaging foundational course designed to help real estate professionals understand fair housing responsibilities while reducing legal risk. Participants will be able to identify at least two federal laws governing fair housing, list the seven protected classes under the Fair Housing Act, and explain prohibited practices such as steering, blockbusting, and redlining. The course also provides clear guidance on how to appropriately respond when confronted with potential discrimination issues—helping REALTORS® remain compliant, protect consumers, and avoid disciplinary action.

This course includes NAR-required fair housing objectives and provides 3 hours of CE credit.
