Participants will learn how to identify buildable versus non-buildable land, recognize common red flags before contract, understand zoning, utilities, and permitting considerations, and confidently guide buyers from land acquisition through construction. The course focuses on adding value through informed guidance and setting realistic expectations when working with buyers interested in land and new construction.
