Anticipate issues which may arise for tenants such as the intended use of the space, parking, exclusivity, personal guaranties, and non-competes.
Think about incentives a tenant may want such as a tenant improvement allowance, option to purchase, and right of first refusal.
Understand commercial lease related forms such as tenant estoppel letters, assignments, subleases, and SNDA’s.
