GRI 301: It's More than Just Sales - IN PERSON
The GRI 200 series (201 and 202) is about essential real estate techniques. You will learn to enhance your skills with the "sales from the ground up" approach. Investment, proven listing and prospecting techniques, tax tips, tax implications of real estate transactions and personal marketing will be covered in this dynamic course. Using the Internet to benefit your business will also be covered - topics include computer equipment requirements, Internet policy, domain name concepts, contact management software, translation software, email, and much more. The GRI 300 series focuses on real estate specialties. Property Management, how to generate income from property management, land use and concurrency, brokerage management, international real estate, condos, and residential construction will be covered in this course. In order to receive the GRI Designation, you must successfully complete all 7 modules: GRI 101, 102, 103, 201, 202, 301, and 302. GRI 201, 202, 301 & 302 qualify for 60 hours Broker post-licensing credit.

GRI 301 - October 2 & 3 GRI 302 - October 8 & 9 The GRI 300 series focuses on real estate specialties. New Member Welcome - IN PERSON
The New Member Welcome program is a mandatory membership requirement that must be completed within 60 days of joining the Pinellas Realtor Organization, Central Pasco Realtor Organization and Greater Tampa Realtors (PRO/CPRO/GTR). Realtor Code of Ethics training is also a mandatory class for all members that must be completed within 60 days of joining PRO/CPRO and subsequently every 3 years. If you have transferred associations and already completed your Code of Ethics, please inform our member services department. If you have not completed your Code of Ethics, you may take the Code of Ethics online at no cost prior to attending New Member Welcome by clicking here .
